Hog Culinary School
We concluded our first school for hog hunting and butchering last week. We had a good time with hunters and food lovers alike from all over the country even one hunter from Saskatchewan. Hank Shaw presented several seminars over the three days on cooking practices of hogs and other wild game. The highlight of the school came on Saturday when all parties enjoyed butchering the hogs shot the night before. It was a fun filled weekend for all.
