Dove Season Started Strong…

The hot temperatures and drought conditions were no match for opening day of the Texas Dove season.  Hunters showed up in good numbers to enjoy a day in the field.  Slow mornings and busy afternoons as the doves fed in the heat and the hunters took advantage averaging just over 10 birds per person. The long break is over and it is hunting season!
